Neural Sanctity Ratio — Formal Definition

The NSR is a weighted composite metric quantifying the verifiable ethical alignment of operator-directed systems. A score above 98% certifies a system for deployment. Below that threshold, Sandbox Resonance Recovery is invoked automatically.
